Yo... From the shade of the El Cap Bridge... Nice here today... 

Today's ElCap Report...

Mescalito: Team of two moving right along to the 8 pitch today. Eric and Mo are finishing up space via Mescalito and are a few from the top.

Nose: Two fast and competent climbers cruised the nose and should be getting off the route as I type this report. They went past a party of two wall style climbers at the great roof... another party is on dolt tower and another party below them bailed from the stovelegs low.

Triple direct is getting some attention as Mike Schafer and crew are going up to heart ledge and two women from Montana are also going on it in a day or so after a nice ascent of the WFLT. This will be their first El Cap route.

Salathe/Golden Gate: Saw Stanley and friend go over the top this afternoon on GG so they mush have done well as they were trying a free ascent.

NA Wall: The two women are on pitch 7 now and moving well. LA: Kate and Mike continue to cruise the great route in fine style and comfort... good fun!!

Zodiac... Party doing the Mark of Zorro now and making good time.

Dihedral wall... went down to the west side to check on my newbie solo climber and found the first pitch fixed... assume a blast off tomorrow. What else?...

Just chillin at the bridge... come on by ... weekend finds lots of climbing chillers here at the bridge including the famous and infamous.... infamous mostly!!
